1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using elitesattutor.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Services Offered

Elite SAT Tutor provides one-on-one SAT preparation and tutoring services. Specific program terms, pricing, and guarantees are discussed and agreed to individually on a strategy call before any services are rendered or payment is collected.

3. The 1500 Guarantee

Students who score 1300+ on our diagnostic may qualify for the 1500 Guarantee. If a qualifying student completes the full program in good faith — attending sessions, completing assigned practice and homework — and does not score 1500 or above on an official SAT administered during the program period, they are eligible for a full refund.

Students who do not qualify for the 1500 tier may be offered our 200-Point Improvement Guarantee under similar terms. Specific eligibility, completion requirements, and refund timelines will be provided in the written engagement agreement before services begin.

4. Strategy Calls

Strategy calls are free and carry no obligation to purchase. We reserve the right to decline to offer services if we determine that we are not the right fit for your child's needs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on elitesattutor.com, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Elite SAT Tutor and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite SAT Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in connection with any program shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that program.

7. No Warranty on College Admissions

SAT scores are one factor in college admissions. Elite SAT Tutor makes no guarantees about college admission outcomes, scholarship awards, or other results that depend on factors outside our control.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website links to third-party services for booking and practice (including elitemathprep.com). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
